i think there should be a mod and admin cape like a cape noone cares for like...hmm....like the theiving skill cape and it gives you a great str bonus or sumthing like that. elemenation2

how about you make it the quest point cape. and then again i think the idea of making a str bonus would be nice, but to be fair, owners, admins and mods would not be permitted to use it in the wild. then again.. im just a normal member so i have no say in this xD
